All prices submitted are based on an estimate made after looking at the proposed work the customer needs done. The estimated pricing will depend on the size, and detail of the proposed work. Considering this the price could be determined by the following:

1. Time & Material- If a job’s estimate is based on time and material the rate will be $30.00 an hour PLUS material. Usually based on smaller jobs.
2. Flat Rate- If a job’s estimate is based on flat rate the price will reflect the projected cost of labor and material over the projected amount of time needed to complete the work. Usually based for larger jobs.
